Is DPC health insurance?
No. DPC is a membership model that replaces traditional insurance-based primary care. You can still use insurance for things like specialist visits, labs, imaging, or hospitalizations, but your routine care is covered under your monthly fee. We don’t submit any claims to your insurance, no surprise bills.
Would I still benefit from having insurance?
Yes, we recommend that you maintain insurance for emergencies or specialist care. DPC is not insurance, but it covers most of what you’d need on a regular basis with faster, more personal service.
What does the monthly membership cost?
Pricing is transparent and affordable, with no hidden fees or co-pays. Many patients find it more cost-effective than traditional care, especially with fewer ER visits and better management.
Below is our monthly pricing*
- Ages 18–39: $100/month
- Ages 40–59: $150/month
- Ages 60+: $200/month
The first payment is for the first quarter (3 months) upfront at the time of enrollment). Annual payments receive a 5% discount.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
In many cases, yes, especially if your account allows payment for non-insurance medical expenses. We can provide documentation to support reimbursement or pre-authorization through your plan administrator.
What if I need labs, imaging, or a specialist?
We’ll help coordinate care and refer you to trusted providers in our network. Many of our patients enjoy discounted cash-pay pricing for labs and we’ll always walk you through your options.
Is DPC worth it if I’m healthy?
Absolutely. Many of our patients join to stay healthy, prevent future issues, and have peace of mind knowing they can get care when they need it. DPC helps you proactively manage your health, rather than only reacting when something goes wrong.
